Any true prop firms left in London?

Does anyone know of any true prop firms based in London where on production of PnL and successful interviewing they will offer a base salary plus a reasonable % split of profits. Something like 100k salary plus 50% profit split paid quarterly.



It seems most of the outfits in London these days are pay to play shops. You go in with your £50k deposit and then they bill you for monthly for desk/software/lowish round turns and you keep all the profit.



I have heard of First New York (http://ift.tt/1nYx5sE) who have an office in London just wanted to see what else is out there.
