1998 528i wont start other threads did not help.

Hi everyone I'm new to this but I have pored through tons of forums and have found no fix. I have a 1998 528i that I just did the head and had the beast running when all of a sudden it shut off as if i had turned the key off. Now it will only crank but wont fire unless I spray some starting fluid in the intake. I have checked fuses, relays, ICV, injectors with snap-on scanner and everything else that I can think of "and yes it has gas". I can get clicks on all injectors, but NO fuel is being injected. Replaced CPS and still wont run. Also fuel pressure is at about 47psi with a new fuel pump. Any ideas on what i am missing?
