Changing Steering Wheel

I want to remove the factory steering wheel from my 2000 Z3 Coupe, and replace it with a non airbag wood steering wheel . I know I have to get a wood wheel that has a 6 bolt pattern . I also know I will need a hub kit . The one I keep hearing about is the Boss Hub Kit . Can you tell me what make and model hub kit I should buy . The brands of hub kits I see on Ebay and Amazon seem to vary greatly in price, anywhere from the $20 range up to over $60 . Is one brand better than another ? What do recommend ?
I've also seen some wood steering wheels that I would love to buy, but they have a 5 bolt pattern . Is there something made to convert a 6 hole hub down to a 5 hole bolt pattern so that I could mount the wood wheel I really want to buy ?
