E36 Offers or trade(feeler) 1994 325ic 118k miles 5 spd

Just wanting to see what's out there for trades or prices.

pros:
solid m50 well maintained
interior in good condition
body and paint in good condition
top works
lowish miles
smooth power band
new tires
new guibo and center bearing
never overheated
bilstien and h&r sports handles amazing
New oil pan gasket

cons:
top has 2 stretch marks most likely from the heat in Texas. I put some black duct tape on it so water doesn't get in.
valve cover gasket leak(will get done just need to find the time)
Drivers side door is starting to go, won't open from the outside sometimes
drivers window is glitchy have to play with the button for it to go up
power steering has a leak and whines sometimes


im really more looking to trade out of it. I'm the 3rd owner in Austin TX.
The only had 50k miles in 2011
i never really wanted a convertible but I couldn't resist the condition of it. Now learning more about the e36s I'm looking more for a coupe like a 325is or 328is(preferably)
