E46 325i rear brake not fitting

hi,

i'm currently finalizing my E36 328i 95 euro track car build, i've fitted the E46 330i brakes in front without any issues, however when i tried to put E46 325/8i brakes, the rotors seems too big for the carrier to clear it,the calipers in the back are the 40/19 (63 and 64) and the rotor is the standard 294/19 one.

any idea why?
