E46 Coding in Valencia, Santa Clarita, Canyon Country?

I just installed the OEM alarm in my E46 Touring. Valencia BMW quoted me $180 to do the 10 minute activation via their computer.

Anyone have a PA Soft or GT1 setup in the area who might be able to help me for a 12pk?
