I need to put a price on my car

Owning my M Coupe has been a ride, but this last year has been pretty terrible.

In Feb 2014 I lost control on a damp road with a high crown after avoiding a bag in the road. Stability control did it's job, but I've never liked and helping hands- so I over corrected. Put the car backwards through a small (6") ditch and wound up bending a trailing arm and doing some cosmetic damage. Shortly after I had a guibo disc failure, resulting in two airbags deploying and destroying the output shaft and shift linkage.

Fast forward an entire year of haggling with insurance and being totally screwed out of about $6000 the car still isn't right. It's been painted, airbags and trans replaced.

Basically what the car needs is a right rear trailing arm (possibly a subframe), and a driver's seatbelt retractor.

The car has a rebuilt title.
Currently has 94,xxx miles
Exterior is 9/10, wheels could use a strip and repaint
Interior is 7-8/10 has aftermarket radio
Fluid maintenance has been on point since I've owned the car in 2013 @92,xxx
Only other mod is Bilsteins/H&R's
I'm a fabricator, I've reinforced the rear subframe channel and mount itself.

Here's my options:
Sell car as-is. I realize I'm going to lose out pretty hard as it sits
Find rear trailing arm/subframe and SRS part. I can't find anything less than 15-1600 bucks here
Modify rear trailing arm like the old DTM e-30's
Fabricate rod-end adjustable style trailing arms from bushing to hub.

I can modify, even fabricate new arms for LESS than the cost of finding a used one and hoping it's still good.

since I can't find anything or anyone in a similar situation, what can I expect to get if I sell the car as is? What about with replaced parts, regarding mileage and title status?

Would modified or fabricated arms scare a potential buyer, or would they rest easy with someone interested in the car?
