M73 V12 750iL oxygen sensor help

I’ve been trying to chase the following codes for a few months. I tried clearing them, but they come back within a couple of weeks. I’ve been searching/Googling, but haven’t really found anything solid (except for maybe the below threads). Can anyone help? Any suggestions? Below is also a list of relevant things I’ve recently replaced:

Replaced within the last 12 months:
-both CCVs
-all 12 plugs and wires
-both distributor caps and rotors
-bank 2 (drivers side) after cat. O2 sensor

-both precat O2 sensors (2012 – 17k miles ago)
-both EGR valves (2012 – 17k miles ago)
-fuel filter (2011 – 24k miles ago)
-fuel injector service (2010 – 29k miles ago)
-both intake manifold gaskets (2008 – 50k miles ago)
-both valve cover gaskets (2008 – 50k miles ago)

FAULTS FOUND:
DME 1:

Fault 27 (P0173): “Additive mixture adaptation (idle), bank 1, control limit reached.”
Detail: “Mixture at the oxygen sensor is too lean. Oxygen sensor is too lean. Oxygen-sensor control cannot make mixture any richer, because control limit has already been reached”
Fault 130 (P1166): “Oxygen sensors before catalytic converter connected in incorrect sequence.”
Detail: “Check whether oxygen sensors before catalytic convertor have been connected in incorrect sequence.
Fault 183: “Tank leakage detection” <---- gas cap was loose. I tightened it

DME 2:
Fault 130 (P1166): “Oxygen sensors before catalytic converter connected in incorrect sequence.”
Detail: “Check whether oxygen sensors before catalytic convertor have been connected in incorrect sequence.
