Staggered on 04 Z4 and TPMS

Hi all,

Thinking of getting some early m3 wheels and tires for my Z4, and wondering if they will fit, but more so if the different tire size will set false TPMS alarms off as the car has the indirect (ABS based) system.
I have the stock 17's on there now 225/45/17's all the way around. Style 106 wheels, 2 are bent. I'm looking at older but nice M3 wheels, they are staggered.

5X120 Lug pattern
17X7.5 Front with 225/45R17, no problem
17X8.5 Rear 245/40R17, will they fit?

I looked them up to compare, and I was concerned (if they fit) that the rotation between the front had rear are off enough to fool the ABS based TPMS off as it compares rotations (or looks for different rotations) as if the "slower" tire must be losing circumference when it loses air. Thoughts?
