Will this 95C thermostat for 750l go in my m62?

Hey guys, I have been having some cooling issues. Engine is running around 108-to 113 at idle and while moving. Aux fan is not working after replacing sensor, and did a flush with bmw coolant. I was wondering if i bought this 95C thermostat for my 1998 740i m62 engine, would it fit?
