I thought I would replace the control arms and tie rods for both the drivers and passengers sides in 2 hours.... Since it was my first time tackling this job it ended up taking 4 hours for the drivers side. Now knowing how to do the job correctly the passenger side should be a breeze.
I would like to know if any type of thread lock is supposed to be used and also what and where to grease. I checked the 3 manuals I have (haynes, chilton and BMW) and they do not reference any thread lock nor greese. I will post my questions in another thread...
