1999 E36 M3 Convertible MT

Up for sale is my 1999 BMW M3 Convertible in great shape. Car has just shy of 112,000 miles, I have owned the car for the past year and am the 3rd owner. Car has been absolutely reliable and a pure joy to drive, garage kept and spent the past winter in Georgia, no salt exposure here.

All preventative maintenance has been done on a strict regimen, I maintain a detailed log of service. The only aftermarket parts used in this car were to address the weak spots of the E36 platform (cooling system, rear shock mounts). Car has been waxed on a regular basis, leather is in great shape apart from 2 small holes on rear seat from previous owner which have been covered with a patch. There is no rust on this car, power everything works, seats, heaters, AC is COLD, has a built in radar detector which works great, shifts great, handles great. Car has all amenities including the factory installed hardtop kit (you can install a hardtop with this installed)
I cannot say enough good things about this car, I drove it to GA and back, averaged 26.2mpg on highway and loved every mile of it.

In the last 9k miles the following preventative maintenance has been done:
-New Michellin Sport A/S 3 Ultra High Performance Tires
-Transmission Fluid change - Motul Multi ATF, 2 QTS
-replace tie rods and boots, OEM Lemforder
-Coolant System Overhaul:
-Replaced factory plastic thermostat housing with aluminum unit
-New belts
-New expansion tank and level sensor
-silicone radiator hose kit
-Stewart High performance water pump with O-ring (Stainless steel impeller w/ lifetime warranty)
-Replaced plastic water pump pulley with aluminum
-New BMW 88 degree thermostat
-Replaced fuel filter
-New spark plugs
-Oil changes every 5k with full synthetic (Motul 5W-40Xcess or Liqui Moly High Tech)
-Replaced rear shock mount with Rogue Engineering unit with reinforcement tabs

There are a couple areas for improvement:
- Driver side foglight housing is cracked, I have a brand new factory light but have not yet installed it (light still works)
1The check engine light came on for a leak in the evap system. I just took the expansion tank off and confirmed nothing was broken and reconnected the hoses, it will need to be driven for awhile before the light resets if that was the issue, if not, it could be the charcoal canister or the gas cap. I have checked the code and that is the only code running, so nothing that would impact performance or damage anything.
As mentioned, a couple small holes in rear seat that were covered with patches.

Other than that the car is in great shape and drives great.
Car has a clean Carfax which is available along with the service records.
