2000 E39 540iT wagon black on black all new HP suspension, brakes, etc.
2000 540iT wagon with 179k miles. All new suspension, brakes, driveshaft, ujoints, BBS wheels, Pilot SP2 tires, alternator, water pump, fuel lines, etc. Adjustable front coil overs, Bilstein rears, new rear air bag adjustable suspension with custom cam piece to set ride height, ss brake lines, cross drilled and slotted rotors, ceramic pads, all new arms and bushings front and rear. Parts from Pelican, ECS, Tristan, etc. Installed by local BMW specialist shop. Car runs, rides, and looks awesome. Takes highway exits at 2+ times posted speed with ease, gets 25+ mpg highway at 70 mph. No oil use. A couple very minor door dings and 2 small rust bubble areas on rear hatch window edges. Minor interior plastic trim piece cracks. Factory stereo and cruise control currently having issues but my shop is investigating them now. 3rd baby girl on way due December so time for a bigger and newer family vehicle...
