I just purchased a 2003 745i and it came from a mechanical shop and they said that it has issues with the engine so I get it home and I try to start it but it just cranks it don't actually start, so I put the diagnostic tool on it and there is no codes so then a week later there was a code talking about" anti tampering protection" can it be a reason why its not starting or can it be the fuel filter because I know the SBSR module is powering the fuel pump. And when I go to the engine and press the tab on the fuel rail a nice amount of fuel shoots out so I know its getting fuel, Any advice would be greatly appreciate it thank you!
