24V (M52B28) part out, lots of performance stuff (or buy it as a package)

The time has come. My E30 has different plans so the current 24V set up needs to come out and go. I originally bought this a few years ago from Mr. Swiss and have spent that time upgrading/replacing stuff etc, but I need more power.
I plan to return the motor to stock and sell off the performance stuff, but if someone wants to take it all, that could also be discussed. It certainly would be easier and less time consuming for me as all of these listed parts are currently installed.
I've put ~3500 miles on this set up and got it with ~90k. Since every part I have replaced has been on the car <4k miles its all pretty much new.
The setup is still in the car running and driving, but I'm not currently driving it - the crossover tube in the gas tank is clogged so I'm only running half a tank, and the fuel gauge isn't working, so I don't want to take any chances getting stranded.
Anyway, on to the parts list...

S52 cams - $400
Big bore (68mm) throttle body (OBDI) - $200
Silicone intake boot (1 nipple version) - $50
KAmotors ver. 5 intake - $100
M50 manifold and m50manifold.com swap kit - $175 (I lost those two little flat steel pieces for the fuel rail to mount the beauty cover since I don't have one. You could make them easily with a drill and some scrap metal though)
UUC underdrive pulleys - $175
E36 ECU with EWS delete and Markert performance flash OBDII - $300 - this is tuned for all of these components so...ymmv. They can retune though for I think $100 if you need to add/delete something
Raceland(?) headers, modified to fit with stock lollipops - $180
Full 24V exhaust (welded, so no shipping, will have to cut from headers unless you can pick them up that way and buy them both). The 2.25 headers are Y'd into a single 2.5" to a vibrant resonator to a ??? muffler but it sounds awesome, although a bit raspy at WOT. If keeping, I would probably add a race cat or another resonator - $300
AFE pro dry S filter for M20 - $35, brand new
M20 air box - $25

zf320 - $400. No issues at all, has had selector shaft and output shaft seal replaced recently since I was rebuilding the shifter and down there anyway. Royal purple 01512 ~1000mi ago. No clutch slippage. Will throw in <4k mi slave and some stock mounts in useable condition

M52B28 OBDII - $700 - pulls strong, no issues
New valve cover gasket, spark plugs, O2 sensors (Bosch), complete Beisan systems VANOS rebuild, new alternator, injectors cleaned/rebuilt, CCV hose, oil separator/cyclone, e34 pain with modified dipstick, exhaust manifold gaskets, extra maf, ICV hose, whatever additional extra parts I can find. I think I have an extra IAT sensor and some other little parts around
If you want any of the performance stuff as well, I'll give you the stock version (ie get the S52 cams and I'll give you the M52 cams too)
Will also come with PS pump, engine mounts
Does NOT include: engine mount arms, brown coolant temp sensor, wiring harness, radiator, AC compressor or lines - I still need those

The whole combo is still installed in the car. I'm located in Ft. Worth. Available to view this coming weekend. I will likely start pulling everything Saturday morning. Otherwise I only get every other weekend off so will have to work around my crappy schedule.

Would strongly prefer to not ship the heavy/big stuff
