540 New Rims and Tires

Thinking about changing my current rims and tires on my '98 with a staggered set up, I'm planing to go with Beyern Mesh wheels 18x8.5 with 15 offset and 245/40/18's on the front and 18x9.5 with 25 offset and 275/35/18's on the rear. Does anyone see any problems with clearance, etc. Thanks
