EMERGENCY help - 00 740 won't start

Really need help I'm at a campground and have limited data. My 00740 died suddenly as I was pulling out. Now it just cranks . On my way up I got the check engine oil level minor warning (not STOP check engine Oil lvl) but since I was close I just waited to get here. I put a quart in and it's still a little bit low but still won't start. Could low (1 quart) oil lvl cause it to die and not start ? If not what am I looking at here ? Tow it back an hour to my house ? Let it cool down maybe it'll start ? I'll check back as often as I can. Thanks you
