Bought this car from a member in Houston in 2012. The cars history can be traced through the M registry and this forum along with a binder of receipts to include window sticker.
-Dakar II
-5 speed with UUC clutch with FW
- odometer reads 170 with sticker stating it was replaced at 60k. This is the actual total mileage 210k
-UUC shifter and shift knob
-Turner stage 4 engine, schricks, headers, intake Dinan BBTB, M50 manifold, under drive pulley, fan delete, SAI delete, new vanos top end rebuild at 140k, (not original engine, I hydro locked in April 2014) this engine has 160k total on it.
-Dinan CB
-new condenser
-cooling system updated, Warner water pump (the expensive one)
- front and rear control arm bushings replaced
-rear subframe bushings replaced
-AST 4100s with vorshlag camber plates drop spacers and reinforcement plates.
- Dinan CF front strut bar
- black leather interior power "Vader" seats in 8.5-9/10 condition no tears or rips
-ACS rear CF diffuser (no I won't sell it)
-new belt tensioner 8/15
-two sets of wheels 18x8 OZ SL squared and OEM LTW Stamped wheels in gunmetal with like new tires (were on the car during accident need some attention)
Bad
- I slid off the road in February and the car was a total loss, it's a Texas titled car so I retained the car and the title stay "clean".
I replaced the front bumper with all OEM parts and was able to fix the rear bumper, both were re-sprayed and match amazing! The car was aligned after this and had no identifiable problems the main damage was to the bumpers and skirt which have all been replaced.
-currently tracing a coolant leak
-power steering rack has a small intermittent leak.
- the headliner is starting to sag
-fog lights have been replaced but not wired to HIDs yet.
This is a well maintained example and I'm not sure what the accident will do to the value but I'm going to post it for 8,500 and can go from there, please contact me directly for comments on the price. I love this car and will struggle to find a replacement for it but need to at least try to sell it.
I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff, text me with questions or to come see the car. It's located in Raeford NC and in October I'll be in Texas (moving).
