Hardtop headliner

I picked a black hardtop for my black 99 m3. The headliner was sagging, so I removed it and cleaned everything up. The side pillars are in excellent shape. I wanted to just replace the headliner. i noticed Pelican sells some for about $28/yard. They say it is just like OE.

Does anyone know where I can buy the fabric that will match the OE? How many yards do you think it will take?
