I've been driving a 420d Gran Coupe(Sport line) since May 2015. I have around 9000 km, all on fine roads, highways mostly. All fine until Friday evening. I went as usual to supermarket. Left the car in the underground parking. Locked it as usual(checked door handle as always). Returning 30 mins later I had a big surprise, saw it already from a far distance: the car trunk lid was partially open (up to car roof level) and all four doors were unlocked. Fortunately it was almost closing and parking was almost empty(thus no belongings missing). I closed the lid and locked the car and all went fine. After, despite several attempts I was not able to reproduce the issue.
I see the web is full of such gremlins stories(self-unlocking, windows down...).
Can anybody give me a hint on what is the likely cause of this fault?
Has any of you experienced such events?
