I need your help. I bought a 3.38 from someone off this site. It doesn't have any markings on it to indicate it is a 3.38 diff.
I checked online to see how to verify the ratio but none of the methods are adding up. The only way I can get it to show 3.38 is if I spin the driveshaft input shaft 10 times. When I do that, the axle output shafts spin ~3.4 times.
Is the way I am trying to verify the ratio the correct way? If I try to spin the axle output shafts 10 times, like some methods recommend, the driveshaft input shaft spins ~29.5 times.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
