Figured while I was doing timing chain guides I may as well go crazy and have done valley pan, intake gaskets, water pump and all Bowden cables as they were junk.Zip tied and rusty.
Went from this:

Problem I'm having is the bushing going thru the firewall. I've pushed and lubed and poked around on it for an hour now and can't get it seated!! It's in a real bad spot behind the brake booster.
And yes, this seems funny and I'll probably laugh about it later, but right now I've pulled all 3 remaining hairs out of my head!
Any help on this would be much appreciated!!
