Track Temp with new car

I was at NJMP the past two days where it was 88-92 degrees both days.

My new sedan has always run a little warmer the past 7 track days than my old car but for the first time I saw coolant temps (via OBD2) get into an uncomfortable range. Early afternoon after about 10-15 minutes of running hard I was looking at 212-214. At this point I backed it down for a lap and temps would return to about 206 or so. After checkers on the cool down lap I'd be back at 197-199 by the time I hit the paddock. This was also with my cabin heater running. Clearly the system is working but not with the efficiency I'd like. Normal driving is in the 195-203 range. I do not believe it runs a low temp fan switch for the Spal. Unsure of the t-sat temp.

Particulars:
- Temp as mentioned above
- All OEM plastics/underpanels in place
- No aux fan in front, but still has A/C
- Zionsville cooling kit (with the stupid aluminum plate behind a good portion of the rad)
- Underdrive pulley on Stewart water pump
- 3.64 diff which meant most of the lap was probably 5.5-7k.

My old M3 with S54 Z3 rad, 80* stat, no pullies, stock diff, would never get above 203 on track except in traffic so this was a little worrisome.

Thoughts on a cause and options?
