The diving boards on my '79 6er have to go....there was a post on bimmerforums 2-3 years ago in the DIY section by a e24 owner who shortened the bumpers on, I believe, a white '85 635. I can't remember who this was, but he gave very good instructions, including pictures of exactly what he did. Can anyone direct me to his post? I've looked and looked, but I just can't anything close for our e24's. I'm running into issues with the rubber "filler" that covers the top and runs the length of the front bumper. I appreciate any input.
