Hey everyone! Been lurking the threads way before I got my E36 and decided to finally start my first ever build thread.
So to start off I picked up the car on January 11th 2015 she looked like this:

Already it's been through about 6 owners counting me.
Here's what was done to it..
M50 Stroked 2.7 (Couldn't confirm)
S50 Cams, Superchips tune/chip
eBay Long tube headers, magnaflow exhaust.
Clutch fan delete
Mishimoto Electric fan.
M3 Kit (Front bumper, skirts, molding, rear bumper), LTW Wing
Corvette C6 (I think) Sawblades
Bav auto Strut bar/stress bar
Racelands Coilovers

A few months ago June-ish I decided I wanted something faster. I was looking around and found a E34 with a RMS kit super mint... Put a down payment on it and the seller fell thru. But he had a M52 laying around in his shop (Turbo ready, ARP Headstuds, MLS .140 HG) and decided with the money I gave him (1k) I'd take the motor and he included a Tial v44 EWG, Unknown brand intercooler 31x11x3, and a Rapid Spool Turbo manifold. I went ahead and took the block. The day i picked up the block i started ripping apart the car.. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures during the swap.. Found out the manifold was made for a E30, sold it and got a CXRacing Manifold (I know... CXRacing... but my friend has been running his for about a year now with no issues on 15psi.)
Fast forwarding a month later (Started the build on the 14th of July) I finally finished up the swap. It started with no issues. I thought everything was perfect, I was waiting for my charge piping to come so i said hey why the hell not. Ill just drive it to a meet (15 miles away). While going to the meet 9-10 miles in, the car started smoking like crazy. And first I had no clue what it was... Turned the bishh around and went back home. The next day I checked the oil.. sure enough it seemed a bit milky. And I've been at it all this week. Pulled the head off, cleaned it up and didnt seem to have any cracks, but i'll be taking it to a machine shop next week to be getting it decked and hot tanked.
Ill be placing an order with CES Motorsport for their cut ring and copper headgasket next week.

TRM Turbo Tune Stage 2 (Tuned for S50 but should be close...)
60# Siemens Deka, Walbro 255
FX Stage 4 clutch kit(6 puck unsprung) Supposedly holds 489 but i've seen it hold more...
3" Fender exit 'downpipe' and 2" Fender EWG Dump. (Soon to be built by The 4G63 Shop)
