1998 M3. When I start the car the blower comes on. I have it set to 60 but it still does not feel cool. I need to recharge my AC, but before I do I'd like to know if I do that, will the temp cone down or not. There is no real airflow coming out the vents, but just a hot air feeling from the footwells. Anyone have this problem. Thanks for any help.
