Bimmerfest East 2015 - Drag racing @ Raceway Park

Bimmerfest is pleased to announce a new attraction at Bimmerfest East 2015, drag racing! With the move to Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ we have a world class drag strip at our disposal. You've seen the magazine and tuners test car with quarter mile times, and now it is your chance to test your reaction time behind the wheel of your BMW. We're offering classes so you can complete with cars of the same speed. Be as competitive as you want or just do a few runs to have fun.

Two brackets and a heads up class
Cash prizes!
Minimum of 2 time trial runs prior to class drag racing but racers may get more if time allows
Time trials start at 10:00am.
Racing starts at 1:00pm
Helmet required, rentals available - Raceway Park helmet rules
Discounted $35 entry cost when purchased in advance ($45 day of - price does not include gate entry)

Bracket 1
13.49 & quicker
Winner - $250 cash prize and trophy
Runner Up trophy
Minimum of 12 cars for full payout. $25 for each additional car above minimum

Bracket 2
13.50 & slower
Winner - $150 cash prize and trophy
Runner Up trophy
Minimum of 12 cars for full payout. $25 for each additional car above minimum

Heads up class
Winner - $250 cash prize and trophy
Runner Up trophy
Minimum of 8 cars for full payout. $25 for each additional car above minimum
