I have my car up in the air yet again and in doing another inspection to check for suspension condition, I noticed marks on the axles where the rear sway bar is hitting. There's room at ride height, but at full droop it's clear the axles are rubbing on the sway bar. Pics are taken at ride height.
The sway bar is a 23mm UUC unit, the endlinks are adjustable (or at least they were at one point in their life, they may be rusted solid now).
I'm guessing I should see if I can lower it so I don't get this kind of contact. I have new non-adjustable endlinks to try and if they're not long enough, I'll have to find something adjustable. Looks like UUC wants $120 for theirs :eek:
