I've been looking or an E36 M3 the last few weeks or so and decided to make a WTB thread on here to expand my options!
I'm really looking for a WELL maintained M3. I understand I won't find perfection with a car this old, but I'll mainly be using it for light DD duty, along with an occasional autox and possibly track day here and there.
-Clean title only please
-Manual transmission ONLY
-Sedan or Coupe is fine
-I'd prefer something with all vin tags in place, but if you have proof of minor accidents/missing vin's I'd consider that too
-I'd prefer an all original paint car if it's taken care of.
-NO rust!
-Open to all colors other than Green/Red/Yellow
-Under 100,000 miles, but if you have service records and can prove that it's been well taken care of, I'd easily consider something over that mileage. Condition trumps mileage! :)
-I'm located in the Midwest (South Dakota) so I'd prefer something somewhat in a 15 hour radius or so, but would be willing to extend that distance for the right one!
I REALLY am a detail type of a person. I want to know as much as possible about your car before committing to come look at it! I've found out this is easier said than done with most sellers in the past! Please be honest and upfront especially if I have to travel a long distance.
My budget is in the low teens, but that is ALL dependent upon condition. I've searched through many ads so far to get an idea of what I'd get or X amount of dollars.
