Engine Swap 75ish M30B28 Carb

For a lack of time and knowledge I am no longer interested and playing around with the m10. I am wondering if anyone knows if this motor (M30B28 2788cc, Carbureted - dual Zeinith carbs- I believe it is from a 75ish Bavaria) would

a. match to the m10 transmission
b. need motor mounts fabricated to fit in the e21
