I put in new headlights and now when I turn on the left blinker nothing happens. There is no clicking sound or flashing on the instrument cluster. Also with the right blinker, it is blinking really fast. They are not led so I do not need a resistor. I am assuming it is the relay because there are no fuses blown. Any other ideas?
