Is # 10 or #11 on real OEM linked the proper sill clip?

I am trying to install my chromeline sills, the very end of the sill where it curves upward it has a post on it with a broken off green grommet looking piece of plastic left hanging. My door sil has a hole for a grommet there and I just need new clips. Are these the grommets? #10 or #11 ??
