I'm researching stroker engines and want to make sure I have this information correct:
M20 b25 engine has the 133mm rods and domed pistons and a 75mm stroke crankshaft ( 885 head )
M20 b27 engine has the 130mm rods and the flat pistons and a 81mm stroke crankshaft (200 head and although rare later the 731 head)
This is what I need to make sure:
The M20 b25 engine block is the same as the M20 b27 engine block - 86mm bore.
So
A person could start a stroker motor with a bare "i" block or an "e" block - it doesn't matter.
