Since buy the 79 E21 last winter, I've gotten her very road worthy. Since she had been sitting in a garage for 12 years.
I've spent most of this year doing all of the necessary maintenance work for a solid, reliable car again.
She is buffed and waxed and has nice stance. She's ready for a bit more power I'm thinking, and some jamming tunes.
She has been desmogged and is breathing good for a stock 2.0 with CIS.
I getting ready to start buying parts for this winters work.
I plan the following for this winter upgrade.
Front bumper tuck
Custom Exhaust with Header
90 amp alternator
Relocate the Battery with rear brace
Front brace
Sorry CIS Fans, but I'm dumping the CIS.
I will be installing Dual Weber Side-Drafts on a Ireland Engineering single piece manifold.
The next phase will be;
Interior Mods;
I plan to completely remove the rear seat to make room for a custom speaker system / storage area / beverage cooler.
Along with replacing the front "not so Comfort" Comfort Seats, with some that are actually comfortable, but matching the style of the E21.
