Hey guys, I'm doing sort of a resto/rebuild project on my 1990 325i. My engine is away at the machine shop right now so I'm working on the engine bay. I've deleted a few things and extended my wire harness to do a tuck. So my question is; If I have no airbag due to having an mtech steering wheel installed is it safe to take out the airbag sensors next to the strut towers? I realize the question answers itself, but I wanted some feedback beforehand just because it's such a safety hazard. I wanted to be 100% positive that it's safe to pull them out. Thanks guys.
