My ignition doesnt reacognize my key sometimes

Hey guys, for the past couple months my ignition wont turn over sometimes when I put my key in. I have to take it out and put it back in a couple of times and then it will recognize the key and it will start. From that point, if I leave the key in it, it will start right up the next time, but if I have to take the key out, chances are, I will have to go thru the process again.. Other things that started happening at the same time... My alarm will go off for no reason everytime I lock the doors, so I have had to leave the doors unlocked, and the trunk will not open by the key fob or the trunk release in the car. I have to use the key to open the trunk.. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.. Thanks
