My precision 6266 JB is brokeded

hey guys, I thought you might want to see this,
so today I was driving very easy on my car because it is hot out and I am still running lean, I go under an over pass and I revved it up to entertain my wife haha I revved it to about 4,500 to 5,000 RPM, right after I did that I was hearing a pingy metal sound, normally when that sound comes up its my harmonic balancer rubbing on my WG dump pipe, that wasn't it, so I was like what the heck? got back in the car drove another mile to my destination, at this point I didn't think it was a big deal, so I look at the turbo for fun and saw this stud and nut sitting in there!!!!!!!! after waking back up from passing out and crapping my pants, I noticed it was the thread and nut that is normally holding the inducer wheel, I have no Idea how this could happen after just revving up the motor,

so far, I believe I lucked out considering the damage this could have caused if this were to happen under 23 psi of boost, the only damage so far is to the inducer wheel and the housing, ill be getting a new turbo for sure. my buddy has a 7175 BB I might try to get me out of trouble, so I can partake in the races in 2 weeks, :redspot

the thing that freaks me out is... is this just a failed part on precisions behalf? or is there something wrong with my set up, lately I have been deep in my car checking leaks and mechanical failures etc etc, and everything seems tight,

some ideas of why this happened is...
(1) faulty precision turbo?
(2) maybe my blow off valve wasn't working properly? even though it definitely "sounded" like it was functioning normally,
(3) some people are saying I "over spun" the turbo and the quick release of throttle caused the stud to shear??? I don't understand how you can "over spin"the turbo by just revving it, considering these things spin around 100,000 to 140,000 RPM, or around there.

I pulled the MAF and I found a tiny spec of what looked like metal, on the plastic piece, I will be doing yet another comp test and leak down to make sure im good, the inducer wheel just looked bent, not really missing any material,

as of right now I will call precision and see what they have to say, Im not yet blaming them for this failure but I have been hearing "iffy" things about Precision and it wouldn't surprise me if it was a failure.

any in put on this would be much appreciated,
