My driver's side window was not going down. Brought it to the mechanic and he checked it out thinking it was a mechanical issue with the motor etc. Turns out it is a black box that, according to him, must be purchased new since it would be impossible to have a used one reprogrammed. This box has been on order from Germany for over six weeks now. Has anyone had a similar experience? Was anyone able to use a used box?
