I bought this new OEM replacement window for my Z3. When I went to remove the old rear window, I discovered that the whole top had been replaced before I bought the car. The old window was sewn in, so I was unable to use this. I ordered it from www.bmwparts4u.com. It is an OEM window, not some cheap aftermarket part that doesn't look or fit right. It includes the tools you'll need to replace your window. There are no instructions included, but there are plenty of YouTube videos available.
