2004 BMW E87 120i - Multiple Codes

I have a 2004 BMW E87 120I and it has recently been putting out the following codes:
P0300

P0302

P0303

P1030

P1050

P1062

I had the catalytic converter replaced on it about a week and a half ago because that was triggering a code and now these new codes are appearing.

I am not mechanically minded, however I would like to see if it is a problem that I can fix myself before I spend the money to get BMW to look at it.
