E60- Business Navigation problem

I buyed the car with a CD blocked in the unit. I removed it, get out the CD and then insert a audio CD. Worked fine until i wanted to insert another CD. Since that what CD i insert I get "Medium cannot be read".
I cleared the lens with alchool but same problem.
What to do?
